Red Thread Sessions

The process in a session is simpler than that of an acrylic painting workshop. In sessions, there is a theme, like in a workshop, but we can use watercolor paper, acrylics, sharpies, collage paper, and other materials to create. We begin the session with visioning or guided meditation to assist with entry into imagination so you can become aware of possibilities in response to the session theme. Then we write about what we saw in our imaginative space followed by painting. Some people find Red Thread sessions less intimidating than a workshop. Similar to Red Thread Circles, a session can be created around any topic or concern. As always no experience is necessary. All that is required is a sense of adventure and curiosity.
